This is a personal finance tracking tool designed for self-employed individuals. It helps you track mileage, time, receipts, and expenses for tax and invoicing purposes. The Service does not constitute professional financial or tax advice.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, upload malicious code, or use the Service to harass or harm others.
New accounts receive a free trial period as shown at registration. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data. You may export or delete your data at any time from within the app.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
